To pick up the car you need a passport and a valid driving licence.
No deposit
We do not take a security deposit for the car.
Insurance
Insurance is included in the price. The type depends on the car: extended cover or third-party liability.
Cover type
Insurance is included in the rental price. Depending on the car it is either extended cover or third-party liability.
Accident caused by the renter
Contact us immediately. The renter covers damage to the car and to third parties as set out in the contract.
Accident not caused by the renter
Contact us immediately. The case is handled through the insurer. Keep the scene as required and do not agree a private settlement that contradicts the contract.
Glass, tyres and wheels
Windscreen, windows, tyres and alloy wheels are not unlimited cover by default. Unless the handover contract states otherwise, damage to these parts is the renter’s cost.
Police
Call the police when the situation or the insurer requires it (injuries, disagreement on fault, serious damage). Always notify GoGeo first so we can tell you what paperwork is needed.
Damage without an accident report
New damage found at return without a reported accident is treated as the renter’s responsibility, except marks already listed at pickup.
What is not covered
Border crossing, driving under the influence, unauthorised drivers, trophy off-road use, and ignoring handover instructions. Cosmetic marks recorded at pickup are excluded.
Mileage and fuel
Mileage is unlimited. The fuel level is recorded at pickup — please return the car with the same level.
Pickup and return
Pickup and return are in Batumi only. Default time is 9:00; another time can be arranged with the manager. Car delivery to an address in Batumi — 11 $. Car collection from an address — 11 $. Delivery to Batumi Airport (BUS) — 11 $. Car collection from Batumi Airport (BUS) — 11 $. Each service is charged separately.
Airport car rental in Batumi (BUS)
We deliver rental cars to Batumi International Airport (BUS). Delivery to Batumi Airport (BUS) — 11 $. Car collection from the airport is also 11 $. Each service is charged separately. Meet time is arranged with the manager.
Territory
The car may be used for personal purposes within Georgia. Crossing the border is not included.
Payment
Pay on pickup: cash, TBC or BOG card transfer.
Use of the car
Keep the car in proper condition. Defects caused during the rental are repaired at the renter's expense.
Cancellation and early return
Cancellation is free. If you return the car early without a technical reason, unused payment is kept as credit and can be used within one year of the rental date.
Damage and accidents
Return the car in working order, without new cosmetic or technical defects. Minor paint marks recorded at pickup are excluded. If an accident is the renter's fault, the renter covers damage to us and to third parties.
Late return
Each extra day is charged at 100% of the daily rental rate.
