Who we are
The controller is GoGeo, a car rental service in Batumi, Georgia. We do not have a walk-in office: cars are delivered to an address in the city or to Batumi Airport (BUS).
What we collect
The booking form asks for first name and phone number, optionally last name, and which way to contact you (Telegram, WhatsApp or a call). The request also includes the chosen car, dates and whether you need delivery or collection at an address.
Why we need them
We use these details only to confirm the rental, agree pickup and return, and contact you about the booking. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising mailings.
Who receives the request
The request is sent to GoGeo managers in Telegram so they can confirm the booking. Payment details are not collected in the form: you pay on pickup.
Cookies and analytics
The site stores language and currency preferences in cookies. We also use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to understand how the site is used. These tools may set their own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your contact details from a booking request. Write to us via Telegram or WhatsApp — we will handle it as part of the rental correspondence.
