How the meet works
After the request is confirmed, the manager asks for the flight number and time. You will be met in the arrivals area with a sign with your name. If the flight is delayed, message WhatsApp or Telegram and we will shift the meet.
Two services, not one
Delivery to Batumi Airport and collection at the airport are priced separately. Arrival pickup plus departure return are two services. That wording is in the terms and the form, so the second trip is never hidden inside the word “delivery”.
Included
The car, unlimited mileage, insurance of the type for that car, and no deposit. The BUS meet is billed as delivery or collection. Cancellation is free before handover under the terms page.
Terms
Passport and licence at handover. Driving is allowed in Georgia. Fuel matches the level at pickup. Overnight or very early flights must be agreed in advance: the 9:00 default is for the city scenario; the airport is always by arrangement.
Insurance
The same rules as a city handover. An accident at the airport or on the road from BUS is handled the same way: contact us, police if required, and contract liability if the renter is at fault.
City delivery nearby
If you would rather collect in Batumi than at BUS, order city-address delivery. We do not bundle “airport included in city delivery”: they are different routes and times.
Driver
The licensed renter drives. If several drivers arrive, tell us in advance: an extra driver can be added after documents are checked, if agreed.
